For over 20 years, I’ve led People & Culture teams at some of the world’s most innovative tech companies, including TikTok, Amazon (Twitch), Lyft, Zynga, and Ancestry, across Europe, North America, and ANZ.

I’ve learned what it takes to build high-performing teams, scale fast-growing companies, and create cultures where people thrive. Now, through LSQUARED, I bring that experience to companies and leaders around the globe.
